a sanctuary OF tranquility
helpful information afternoon tea
The staff at the reception DESERVES special recognition. They arranged a cooking class for us and provided helpful information about local temples. I also appreciated the complimentary afternoon tea with delicious pastries and refreshing drinks. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
the noise insulation in my room WASN'T ideal. I could hear conversations and sounds from the hallway, disturbing my rest.

concrete wall unavailable avocados
The hotel room was darker than i anticipated. i booked a suite hoping for ample natural light, but my courtyard view was obstructed by a concrete wall. Chicken wire covered the wall. breakfast was also disappointing. one morning, i requested an avocado salad, but i was told avocados were not available. This seemed unacceptable given the price i paid. the staff watched me clean a spill rather than assist. i find this hotel is overrated.

delicious drink excellent condition fast connection
the hotel had delicious welcome drinks. the rooms were in excellent condition and the air-condition worked perfectly. the connection with the reservation desks was super fast.
the hotel seems too eager to be a five-star hotel, but it doesn't quite reach that level.

clean rooms helpful staff poor breakfast soundproofing
the rooms felt clean. the staff was helpful to arrange transport i needed. i felt safe as a solo female traveller.
the hotel rooms has not good soundproofing. i heard what happens around or if someone has alarm. breakfast seemed poor for a so called 5 star hotel. i only get one thing from menu.

Peaceful Stay in Great Location
private driver thai massage
The staff was helpful in arranging a private driver. I needed individual tours and felt safe as a solo female traveler. A Thai massage at the spa was wonderful. I will recommend it.
The hotel did not have much soundproofing. I heard sounds around and an alarm on the same floor. The closed door had gaps under it.

The breakfast includes great coffee and options that differ from what other places offer. Tony drove me to Chiang Rai and was a happy chap. I thank him.
